DYPROCS is searching a Sales Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will have a
strong technical background and exceptional communication skills, enabling them
to bridge the gap between our technical teams and our clients. You will play a
crucial role in understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and driving
revenue growth. This position requires
clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills,
resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Collaborate
with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose tailored
solutions.
·
Conduct
product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.
·
Provide
expert guidance on product features, benefits, and applications.
·
Assist in
the preparation of proposals, quotes, and RFP responses.
·
Build and
maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction.
·
Stay
up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive
landscape.
·
Provide
feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market
needs.
·
Participate
in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as required.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of strong work experience
in a sales engineering role or technical sales.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in CRM software and sales tools.
·
Customer
and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing
customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment,
meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer
satisfaction.

Sales and
Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and
selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics,
product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Engineering
and Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science
and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and
equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

Mathematics
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their
applications.
·
Design -
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of
precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
·
Administration
and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in
strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership
technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
·
Administrative
- Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word
processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription,
designing forms, and workplace terminology.
·
Strong leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate a diverse team.
·
Soft skills
required - strong drive, persistence, consistency, organization, time
management, written and verbal communication.

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
