DYPROCS is searching a Mechatronics Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for to research, design, develop, or test automation, intelligent
systems, smart devices, or industrial systems control. This position requires clear communication internally and externally,
strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Design and
develop mechatronic systems and components, including robotics, sensors, and
actuators.
·
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electronic, and software
components.
·
Conduct
simulations and tests to validate system performance and reliability.
·
Troubleshoot
and resolve issues in existing systems.
·
Create and
maintain technical documentation, including specifications and reports.
·
Stay
updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in mechatronic system design and development.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
·
Familiarity
with programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python) and embedded systems.
·
Experience
with robotics and automation systems.
·
Knowledge
of control theory and system dynamics.
·
Familiarity
with PLC programming and industrial automation.
·
Experience
with project management tools.
·
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and
principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints,
drawings, and models.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.

Mechanical
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and
maintenance.
·
Production
and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality
control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture
and distribution of goods.

Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of
principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This
includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and
evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, or related field.
