DYPROCS is searching an Architectural and Engineering Manager for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal
candidate will oversee the planning, design, and
execution of architectural and engineering projects. This role requires a
combination of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills
to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the
highest quality standards. This
position requires clear communication internally and externally, strong
organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Candidate will lead
multiple architectural and engineering projects from conception through
completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Manage and mentor a team of
architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages
innovation and professional growth.
·
Review and approve design
concepts, ensuring they align with client requirements, industry standards, and
regulatory compliance.
·
Serve as the primary point
of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring
satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
·
Develop and manage project
budgets, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures when
necessary.
·
Establish quality control
processes to ensure all deliverables meet organizational and industry
standards.
·
Work closely with other
departments, including construction, planning, and operations, to coordinate
project efforts and achieve organizational goals.
·
Stay updated on industry
trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes and
promote innovative solutions.
·
Ensure all projects comply
with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
·
Prepare and present project
status reports to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
Proficiency
& Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of
work experience in architectural and engineering management, with a proven
track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
·
Must have extensive
experience and knowledge specifically in design software (e.g.,
AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project,
Primavera).
·
Strong leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate a diverse team.
·
Soft skills required -
strong drive, persistence, consistency, organization, time management, written
and verbal communication.
·
Flexible mindset focused
on delivering quality deliverables on tight deadlines.
·
Excellent analytical and

Education:
·
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture,
Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification
(e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
