DYPROCS is searching a Marine Engineers and Naval Architects for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for design, develop, and evaluate the operation of marine vessels,
ship machinery, and related equipment, such as power supply and propulsion
systems. This position requires
clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills,
resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Design and
analyze marine vessels and structures using CAD software and engineering
principles.
·
Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are
met.
·
Conduct
stability, strength, and performance calculations for various marine
applications.
·
Oversee the
construction and maintenance of marine vessels, ensuring compliance with
industry standards and regulations.
·
Perform
inspections and assessments of existing vessels and systems.
·
Develop
project specifications, reports, and documentation.
·
Stay
updated on advancements in marine engineering technologies and best practices.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in marine design and engineering or a similar role.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino) and engineering
simulation tools.
·
Strong
knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
·
Must have Professional
Engineering (PE) license.
·
Knowledge
of maritime regulations and safety standards.
·
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and
principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints,
drawings, and models.
·
Building
and Construction - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in
the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as
highways and roads.
·
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of
principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This
includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and
evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.

Mechanical
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and
maintenance.
·
Transportation
- Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail,
sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.
·
Administration and Management - Knowledge of
business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource
allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods,
and coordination of people and resources.
·
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field.
