DYPROCS is searching a Water/Wastewater Engineer for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for design or oversee projects involving provision of potable
water, disposal of wastewater and sewage, or prevention of flood-related
damage. Prepare environmental documentation for water resources, regulatory
program compliance, data management and analysis, and field work. Perform
hydraulic modeling and pipeline design. This position requires clear communication internally and externally,
strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Design and
oversee water and wastewater treatment systems, including pumps, pipelines, and
treatment processes.

Conduct
hydraulic modeling and analysis of water distribution and wastewater collection
systems.
·
Prepare technical
reports, feasibility studies, and cost estimates for projects.
·
Collaborate
with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams throughout
project lifecycle.
·
Conduct
site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental
regulations.
·
Provide
technical guidance and support to junior engineers and interns.
·
Stay
current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to water
and wastewater engineering.
·
Participate
in public meetings and presentations as needed.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in water/wastewater engineering or related field.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD,
HEC-RAS, EPANET).
·
Strong understanding
of relevant regulations (e.g., EPA, state, and local standards).
·
Professional
Engineer (PE) license.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.

Design - Knowledge of design techniques,
tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans,
blueprints, drawings, and models.
·
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Building and Construction - Knowledge of
materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of
houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads.
·
Administration and Management - Knowledge of
business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource
allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods,
and coordination of people and resources.
·
Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools,
including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
·
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of
principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This
includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and
evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Law and Government - Knowledge of laws, legal
codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders,
agency rules, and the democratic political process.
·
Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles
and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This
includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales
techniques, and sales control systems.

Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of
circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware
and software, including applications and programming.

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
