DYPROCS is searching a Microsystems Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for to research, design, develop, or test microelectromechanical
systems (MEMS) devices. This position requires
clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills,
resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Design and
develop microelectronic systems, including sensors, actuators, and integrated
circuits.
·
Conduct
simulations and modeling to analyze system performance.
·
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to integrate microsystems into larger applications.
·
Perform
testing and validation of prototypes and production units.
·
Troubleshoot
and resolve technical issues during the development and production phases.
·
Stay
up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in microsystems technology.
·
Document
designs, processes, and results for compliance and future reference.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience and strong understanding of microfabrication techniques and materials.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in CAD tools and simulation software (e.g., COMSOL,
ANSYS).
·
Familiarity
with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++.
·
Experience
with MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) design and fabrication.
·
Knowledge
of semiconductor physics and device characterization.
·
Previous
experience in research and development or product design.
·
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and
principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints,
drawings, and models.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.

Mechanical
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and
maintenance.
·
Production
and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality
control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture
and distribution of goods.

Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
·
Soft skills required - strong drive,

Education:
·
Bachelor’s or
Master’s degree in Microsystems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related
field.
