DYPROCS is searching a Civil Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible to perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing
construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities, such as
roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation
projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems. This position requires clear communication internally and externally,
strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Candidate
will design and plan civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges,
buildings, and other infrastructure.
·
Conduct
feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
·
Prepare
technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
·
Collaborate
with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
·
Perform
site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure quality and
compliance.
·
Utilize CAD
software to create and modify engineering designs.
·
Analyze
survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects effectively.
·
Stay
updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in civil engineering design and project management.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to create
and modify engineering designs.
·
Knowledge
of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering
·
Design - Knowledge of design techniques,
tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans,
blueprints, drawings, and models.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.

Building and Construction - Knowledge of
materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of
houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads.
·
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Administration and Management - Knowledge of
business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource
allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods,
and coordination of people and resources.
·
Knowledge
of safety regulations and best practices.
·
Strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.
·
Soft skills required - strong drive,
persistence, consistency, organization, time management, written and verbal
communication.
·

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
Salary:
