DYPROCS is searching a Manufacturing Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for design, integrate, or improve manufacturing systems or related
processes. May work with commercial or industrial designers to refine product
designs to increase producibility and decrease costs. This position requires clear communication internally and externally,
strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Analyze and
improve manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
·
Develop and
implement process control strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
·
Collaborate
with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
·
Conduct
time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement.
·
Support
troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing issues.
·
Perform
root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
·
Utilize CAD
software to create and modify manufacturing layouts.
·
Participate
in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
·
Train and
mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
·
Maintain
documentation and reporting for compliance and quality assurance.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
·
Strong
knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
·
Certification
in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality improvement methodologies.
·
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and
principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints,
drawings, and models.
·
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of
principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This
includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and
evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.

Mechanical
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and
maintenance.
·
Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw
materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques
for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
·
Administration and Management - Knowledge of
business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource
allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods,
and coordination of people and resources.
·
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
·
Soft skills required - strong drive,
persistence, consistency, organization, time management, written and verbal
communication.
·

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
