DYPROCS is searching a Penetration Tester for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate
will be responsible for evaluating network system security by conducting
simulated internal and external cyberattacks using adversary tools and
techniques. Attempt to breach and exploit critical systems and gain access to
sensitive information to assess system security. This position requires clear
communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills,
resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Conduct
thorough penetration testing on web applications, network infrastructures, and
systems.
●
Identify
vulnerabilities and weaknesses in security controls using various tools and
techniques.
●
Develop
detailed reports that outline findings, risk assessments, and actionable
remediation steps.
●
Collaborate
with development and IT teams to provide security recommendations and best
practices.
●
Stay
current with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
●
Participate
in security audits, assessments, and compliance activities.
●
Assist in
the development and delivery of security awareness training for staff.
●
Contribute
to the creation of security policies and procedures.
Proficiency & Skills:
●
Must have
3+ years of work experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking.
●
Strong
knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and application security.
●
Proficiency
in penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark).
●
Familiarity
with security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001).
●
Relevant
certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security
Certified Professional (OSCP), or GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) are highly
desirable.
●
Experience
with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
●
Knowledge
of security operations and incident response.
●
Mathematics
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their
applications.
●
Knowledge
of safety regulations and best practices.
●
Strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.
●
Soft
skills required - strong drive, persistence, consistency, organization, time
management, written and verbal communication.
●
Flexible
mindset focused on delivering quality deliverables on tight deadlines.
●
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to

Education:
●
Bachelor’s
degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
