Web and Digital Interface Designer

Job brief

DYPROCS is searching a Web and Digital Interface Designer for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for Design digital user interfaces or websites. Develop and test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices. May use web framework applications as well as client-side code and processes. May evaluate web design following web and accessibility standards and may analyze web use metrics and optimize websites for marketability and search engine ranking. May design and test interfaces that facilitate human-computer interaction and maximize the usability of digital devices, websites, and software with a focus on aesthetics and design. May create graphics used in websites and manage website content and links.  This position requires clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!


Responsibilities:

        Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces.

        Develop user-centered designs that align with our brand and meet business objectives.

        Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.

        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

        Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

        Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design assets.

        Ensure responsive design principles are applied for optimal user experiences across devices.

        Work closely with developers to provide design specifications and support during implementation.

 

Proficiency & Skills:

        Must have 3+ years of work experience in web and digital interface design.

        Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

        Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and user interface (UI) design best practices.

        Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.

        Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

        Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design techniques.

        Experience in creating animations or motion graphics.

        Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.

        A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and a strong design aesthetic.

        Strong communication and collaboration skills.

        Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

        Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

        Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

        Soft skills required - strong drive, persistence, consistency, organization, time management, written and verbal communication.

        Flexible mindset focused on delivering quality deliverables on tight deadlines.

        Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

        Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

        Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.

 

Education:

        Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Salary:

        Will be determined based on the experience & knowledge

 

Must To:

        Selected candidate must relocate to U.S.A after completing all U.S.A visa requirements

        Selected candidate must perform day to day job duties physically.
