DYPROCS is searching an Industrial Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing
industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control,
inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production
coordination. This position requires
clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills,
resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Analyze
production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
·
Design and
implement efficient systems for managing resources, materials, and information.
·
Conduct
time and motion studies to establish standard times for processes.
·
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance productivity and
reduce costs.
·
Utilize
statistical methods and data analysis tools to drive decision-making.
·
Develop and
maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and standards.
·
Implement
lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
·
Provide
training and support to staff on best practices and new systems.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in an industrial engineering role.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in statistical analysis software and tools (e.g.,
Minitab, MATLAB).
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
in CAD software and process simulation tools.
·
Strong
knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
·
Certification
(e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
·
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and
principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints,
drawings, and models.
·
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of
principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This
includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and
evaluation of customer satisfaction.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.
·
Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials,
production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for
maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
·
Administration and Management - Knowledge of
business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource
allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods,
and coordination of people and resources.
·
Public Safety and Security - Knowledge of
relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective
local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people,
data, property, and institutions.
·
Administrative - Knowledge of administrative
and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and
records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and workplace
terminology.
·
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
·
Soft skills required - strong drive,
persistence, consistency, organization, time management, written and verbal
communication.
·

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field.
