Computer and Information Systems Manager

Job brief

DYPROCS is searching a Computer and Information Systems Manager for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. This position requires clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!

Responsibilities:

        Plan, coordinate, and direct IT-related activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

        Manage and optimize the organization’s information systems, networks, and infrastructure.

        Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements.

        Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.

        Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.

        Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering professional development and growth.

        Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades and enhancements.

        Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

 

Proficiency & Skills:

        Must have 3+ years of work experience in IT management or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project management.

        Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.

        Experience with cloud computing, software development, and database management.

        Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.

        Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

        Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

        Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

        Soft skills required - strong drive, persistence, consistency, organization, time management, written and verbal communication.

        Flexible mindset focused on delivering quality deliverables on tight deadlines.

        Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

        Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

        Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.

 

Education:

        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

 

Salary:

        Will be determined based on the experience & knowledge

 

Must To:

        Selected candidate must relocate to U.S.A after completing all U.S.A visa requirements

        Selected candidate must perform day to day job duties physically.
