DYPROCS is searching an Information Technology Project Manager for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate
will be responsible for Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT)
projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between
business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess
business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines,
standards, and cost targets are met. This position requires clear communication
internally and externally, strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a
solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Develop
project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
●
Manage
project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and methodologies (e.g.,
Agile, Waterfall).
●
Coordinate
and communicate with stakeholders to define project requirements and
expectations.
●
Monitor
project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
as they arise.
●
Lead
project meetings and provide regular status updates to management and
stakeholders.
●
Ensure
project documentation is complete and maintained throughout the project
lifecycle.
●
Facilitate
collaboration among team members and encourage a productive team environment.
●
Stay
updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and
technology.
Proficiency & Skills:
●
Must have
3+ years of work experience as a Project Manager in IT or a related field.
●
Experience
in managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
●
Familiarity
with budgeting and financial management for projects.
●
Knowledge
of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT service management (ITSM).
●
Experience
with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
●
Strong
knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project,
JIRA, Trello).
●
Mathematics
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their
applications.
●
Knowledge
of safety regulations and best practices.
●
Strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.
●
Soft
skills required - strong drive, persistence, consistency, organization, time
management, written and verbal communication.
●
Flexible
mindset focused on delivering quality deliverables on tight deadlines.
●
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to

Education:
●
Bachelor’s
degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
