DYPROCS is searching an Electrical Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing
and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for
commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. This position requires clear communication internally and externally,
strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Candidate
will design and develop electrical systems and components according to project
specifications.
·
Conduct
research and analysis to inform design decisions.
·
Prepare and
review technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and
reports.
·
Test and
troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with
safety standards.
·
Collaborate
with other engineers and departments to integrate electrical systems into
larger projects.
·
Stay
updated with industry trends, standards, and technologies.
·
Participate
in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
·
Provide
technical support during the installation and commissioning phases.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in electrical design and development.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD,
MATLAB, or equivalent).
·
Strong
understanding of electrical systems and components, including power
distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
·
Knowledge
of industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
·
Design - Knowledge of design techniques,
tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans,
blueprints, drawings, and models.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.

Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Knowledge
of safety regulations and best practices.
·
Strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.
·
Soft skills required - strong drive,
persistence, consistency, organization, time management, written and verbal
communication.
·
Flexible mindset focused on delivering
quality deliverables on tight deadlines.
·
Excellent

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
