DYPROCS is searching a Computer Systems Analyst for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate
will be responsible for Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data
processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications
problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems
management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and
review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. May
analyze or recommend commercially available software. This position requires
clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills,
resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Analyze
current computer systems and business processes to identify areas for
improvement.
●
Work with
stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
●
Design and
recommend technical solutions that align with business objectives.
●
Create
detailed specifications for system modifications and enhancements.
●
Collaborate
with software developers and IT staff to implement system changes.
●
Test and
validate new systems and modifications to ensure they meet requirements.
●
Provide
training and support to users on new systems and procedures.
●
Stay
updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic
decisions.
Proficiency & Skills:
●
Must have
3+ years of work experience as a systems analyst or in a related IT role.
●
Experience
with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and scripting.
●
Familiarity
with project management tools and methodologies.
●
Knowledge
of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
●
Certifications
such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar are a plus.
●
Strong
understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (e.g.,
Agile, Waterfall).
●
Proficiency
in data modeling, database management, and software development.
●
Mathematics
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their
applications.
●
Knowledge
of safety regulations and best practices.
●
Strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.
●
Soft
skills required - strong drive, persistence, consistency, organization, time
management, written and verbal communication.
●
Flexible
mindset focused on delivering quality deliverables on tight deadlines.
●
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to

Education:
●
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
