DYPROCS is searching an Aerospace Engineering and Operations Technologists and Technicians for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operate, install, adjust, and maintain integrated computer/communications systems, consoles, simulators, and other data acquisition, test, and measurement instruments and equipment, which are used to launch, track, position, and evaluate air and space vehicles. May record and interpret test data. This position requires clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Design and Development:
Create detailed design specifications for aerospace systems and components,
utilizing CAD software and simulation tools.

Testing and Evaluation:
Conduct tests on prototypes and existing systems to evaluate performance,
safety, and compliance with regulations. Analyze test data and make recommendations
for improvements.

Project Management: Lead
and participate in engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are
met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Research and Innovation:
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology. Conduct
research to develop new technologies and improve existing systems.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all designs and products meet federal regulations and safety standards.
Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.

Troubleshooting: Identify
issues in existing systems and develop solutions to enhance performance and
reliability.
·
Collaboration: Work
closely with other engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to integrate various
systems and ensure project success.
Proficiency
& Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years prior
experience in aerospace engineering or a related industry.
·
Must have extensive
experience and knowledge specifically in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA)
and simulation tools. Familiarity with MATLAB, ANSYS, or similar software is a
plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong
problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex
data and make informed decisions.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present technical
information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Teamwork: Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
·
Experience with aerospace
manufacturing processes and materials.
·
Knowledge of aerospace
systems such as propulsion, avionics, and structural systems.
·
Certification from relevant
professional organizations (e.g., AIAA, ASME).
Education:
·
Bachelor’s degree in
Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s
degree preferred.
