DYPROCS is searching an Energy Engineers, Except Wind and Solar for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be
responsible for design, develop, or evaluate energy-related projects or
programs to reduce energy costs or improve energy efficiency during the designing,
building, or remodeling stages of construction. May specialize in electrical
systems; heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems; green
buildings; lighting; air quality; or energy procurement. This position requires clear communication internally and externally,
strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Candidate
will design and optimize energy systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy
management systems.
·
Conduct
energy audits and assessments for commercial, industrial, and residential
buildings.
·
Analyze
data and create reports on energy consumption and efficiency measures.
·
Develop and
implement energy conservation measures (ECMs) and strategies.
·
Collaborate
with clients and stakeholders to identify energy-saving opportunities.
·
Stay
updated on energy regulations, technologies, and industry trends.
·
Provide
technical support and guidance for energy projects and initiatives.
·
Assist in
grant applications and funding proposals for energy projects.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of work experience in energy engineering or a related field.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus,
RETScreen, eQuest).
·
Strong
understanding of energy efficiency standards and codes (e.g., ASHRAE, IECC).
·
Nice to
have Professional Engineering (PE) license.
·
Experience
with energy storage systems, geothermal energy, or biomass technologies.
·
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and
principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints,
drawings, and models.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the
practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes
applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and
production of various goods and services.

Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic,
algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.
·

communication.

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
or related field.
