DYPROCS is searching a Nuclear Engineers for a USA based employer to join the company as a full-time permanent employee and relocate at the employer's location to the U.S.A.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conduct research on nuclear engineering projects or apply principles and theory of nuclear science to problems concerned with release, control, and use of nuclear energy and nuclear waste disposal. This position requires clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
Responsibilities:

Design and
analyze nuclear systems and components, including reactors and fuel cycles.
·
Conduct
safety assessments and develop safety protocols for nuclear operations.
·
Collaborate
with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety and environmental
standards.
·
Perform
calculations and simulations to predict system behavior under various
conditions.
·
Develop and
implement maintenance and operational procedures.
·
Assist in
troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in nuclear systems.
·
Conduct
research and development to improve nuclear technologies.
·
Prepare
technical reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Proficiency &
Skills:
·
Must have 3+ years of strong work experience
in nuclear physics, thermal hydraulics, and radiation
protection.
·
Must have extensive experience and knowledge
specifically in simulation software and engineering tools.
·
Experience
in nuclear plant operations or research facilities.
·
Knowledge
of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the nuclear industry.
·
Familiarity
with project management principles.
·
Professional
Engineer (PE) license.
·
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of
engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles,
techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various
goods and services.

Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra,
geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·
Physics - Knowledge and prediction of physical
principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding
fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, atomic
and sub-atomic structures and processes.

Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and
principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints,
drawings, and models.
·
Chemistry - Knowledge of the chemical composition,
structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and
transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their
interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods.

Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors,
chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including
applications and programming.
·
Public Safety and Security - Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies,
procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national
security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and
institutions.
·
Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including
their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
·

interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Education:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Nuclear Engineering or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
